Learn more about sustainable aquaculture with IMET graduate student Matt Stromberg. Sustainable aquaculture has the potential to feed our growing populations while protecting the biodiversity of our oceans. To be a viable solution, aquaculture raised fish must taste fresh. Matt's research focuses on the off-flavor, or muddy flavor, that can sometimes occur in aquaculture raised fish. His research explores new methods for solving this problem.
