UMBC and Israeli Ministry of Agriculture establish aquaculture research partnership

Oded Forer, the Israeli Minister of Agriculture, visited IMET this November along with a delegation from Israel, representatives from the USDA, and UMBC's vice president for research. A new statement of intent was signed by IMET, UMBC, and Israel to increase aquaculture collaboration. This agreement is thanks to decades of cooperation between, IMET's, Yonathan Zohar and Israeli researchers.
