UNC Greensboro visits IMET
Last month, a group of STAMPS students from UNC Greensboro visited IMET. The students had the opportunity to meet with our scientists, tour the Aquaculture Research Center, and explore our research laboratories. This visit was designed to help the students investigate possible career paths and explore cutting-edge research.
Funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the STAMPS Program offers scholarships and community-building experiences to academically talented undergraduate students in the sciences.
We had a great day with this group and look forward to seeing where they go from here!
